Project Description
Awakenings Health Institute (AHI) is a facility that helps rehabilitate patients of spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries both mentally and physically after they have been released from short-term programs. Since 2003, founder Laura Karch has had a goal to cater to patients and fill the void where the rehabilitation process left off.
Awakenings Health Institute was hosting a fundraiser at Pizza Port in Solana Beach and needed to raise awareness for this special event. MITO Studios designed a flyer called “Support at the Port” to pass out to clients, friends, families, and vendors. The background design is a giant screen of one of the iconic graphic design pieces throughout all the marketing the sun and uses the color palette of red and yellow to help draw attention to the important information on the event.
The flyer successfully helped raise awareness for their event and it was a huge success!
