We have been in business since 2000 and specialize in graphic design, marketing, advertising web design & hosting, online marketing, social media, blogging, etc. We focus on helping Small Businesses and Individuals communicate their Products, Services and their Brand.

We are looking for a Part-Time, Contract “Web Designer & Digital Marketing” Team Member with a focus on WordPress site development, some HTML site development & maintenance along with Digital Marketing and E-Newsletters.

The “I’m a web designer only and will hunker down in a cube techies” need not apply. We’re hiring someone for our Team, not company.  Need someone who understands “business” as much as web and design. We need business results that look good, flow good, read good – all while being good to work with and for.   Following the instructions at the bottom of this job description will be your first test . . . yup, you’d be surprised ;)

Types of Projects:

  • WordPress site development, updates & maintenance

  • HTML Site updates & Maintenance

  • Small business digital marketing & design

  • Social Media Marketing – Admin, Development & Maintenance


  • CMS / WordPress knowledge

  • Web design, HTML & CSS knowledge but nothing too specialized.

  • HTML Email Marketing via Constant Contact & Mailchimp

  • Photoshop knowledge great, but nothing too specialized is required.

  • Basic marketing and advertising concepts.

  • Basic Project Management Skills

  • Excellent customer service and people skills. Yes, excellent.


  • Take on small/medium projects alone.

  • Handle the ins/outs of projects.

  • Speak (and email) with customers.


  • We work on PC workstations, sorry no Macs.

  • Illustrator CS4, Photoshop CS4, Indesign CS4

  • Dreamweaver CS4

  • CMS systems on WordPress

  • Various other PC based programs

Advanced Responsibilities:

  • Web Hosting knowledge & management (We run a hosting company too)

  • Basic SEO Services and/or Pay Per Click Campaign management and statistical analysis.

  • Google Analytics

  • Social Media Marketing

We are as concerned with the person, as we are the skills of the team member.

This is a mixed in-house and Remote Work Position. We do alot of work together as a team in the office, but also allow and encourage ‘some’ remote work.

Position is part time, 15-30 hrs a week – maybe more or less depending on project load and your abilities. Position is semi-flexible in days/hours. Compensation $10-20/hr DOE & abilities to suit above.
