Remittance Envelopes for Cassidy’s Massage Clinic

Project Description

We designed and printed a set of Remittance Envelopes for Cassidy’s Massage Clinic to help them increase feedback from clients and allow an easy way for clients to leave a tip for their therapist.

The Remittance Envelope includes a “Please Tell Us What You Think” form on the outside. This supplies the current client with an opportunity to leave general comments and ratings on the services of the Massage Clinic. Then the customer can easily remove the attached form and place it in the envelope that is ready to be sealed. The Remittance Envelope also gives Cassidy’s Massage Clinic customers the chance leave additional compensation aka “tip” for the service provider.

Cassidy’s Massage Clinic was a local massage clinic focused on Medical and Sports Massage for athletes, injured patients, and anyone who is experiencing tension from stressors of everyday life.
