Carbon Copy Receipt for Spa2Go/Courtyard Marriott

Spa2Go is a San Diego Personal Spa Service in San Diego that caters to parties and special events. Their goal is to provide the best treatments while changing the world of the spa atmosphere.  They became the official provider of spa and massage services for the Courtyard Marriot in Old Town, San Diego. They were in need of a type of receipt that created duplicates without having to use a scanner.

So, we designed a custom Carbon copy receipt included three copies of paper, which supplied a copy for the customer, The Courtyard Marriott, and one for Spa2Go. The form was a custom size to perfectly hold important information about the treatment, customer, and pricing.

The Service Receipt has become a necessity of the in room spa service and has helped successfully keep track of important information.
